“The force behind Kapitol Photography is Dan Brown, a professional photographer based in Burlington, Vermont.
Brown, a 2006 graduate of St. Michaels College, boasts eight years of professional photography experience in the commercial, portrait and event realms, including two years as Staff Photographer at the esteemed Massachusetts based newspaper The Enterprise.
Brown has an instinctual ability to capture brilliant moments in action sport, his work having been featured in East Coast Snowboarding, Powder & Skiing, and the Anchorage Alaska Daily News as well as Newschoolers.com.
His numerous other outdoor and recreational clients include firms such as Line Skis, Full Tilt Boots, Loon Mountain and Sugarbush Resort.
Experienced in both studio and location work, Dan has traveled and shot assignments throughout the world. Well versed in the logistics of travel and location photography, Brown is available for assignment for clients and events throughout New England and beyond.
In addition to his work in commercial digital photography, Dan Brown also played a key role in the publishing of the 2008 Old Silver Press children’s publication "Earl's Big Adventure in Costa Rica."
Dan is also well known for his work with musicians, creating personnel and group photographs for implementation in media kits, in addition to capturing live performances and recording studio work.”
