Franklin Youth Football vs. Milford
The Franklin Panthers’ Grade 2/3 team concluded their season in a memorable fashion, facing off once again against the Milford Scarlet Hawks. This game was an unexpected treat, as the boys’ season was initially set to end the previous week. The atmosphere, while charged with excitement, was also filled with rain.
A lot of rain.
Conditions were slick and cold as these young men finished off their season enthusiastically, and despite not being able to round out the afternoon with a victory (Congrats Milford!), they gave it 100% until the final whistle.
All in all — it was a great time, albeit my boots are still drying out.
